To say ASAProsthetics has saved my life would be an understatement. They helped me live my life again. They helped me gain my independence back after I went to hanger for a few years which was horrible! My prosthesis was ill fitted, gave me blisters and sores. ASAProsthetics provides top notch care not only to amputees but also focuses on offering support for their families. Their in-person monthly amputee support group is a place where family members and patients can find comfort in others who may be going through similar situations in life. They didn't help me at all. They don't care about the people with not so good insurance. When they say they will call you back they don't. I called them more than I called my Mom.
ASA Prosthetics truly provides outstanding care. Brandon has an exceptional sense of what a patient needs and provides quality care. He truly cares for each patient. The front office staff is friendly and sensitive to each patient that comes through the door. I’m grateful they are an option for me.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company for orthotics. My daughter had an appointment December 2023 for an AFO and wrist brace, and follow up communication was non-existent. We never heard from the company after our appointment for measurements. My daughter has since been fitted and received her orthotics from a different place.
