We had a fire sprinkler pipe burst in a commercial office space at 6pm. We called ASAP and the owner, Lenny was onsite in less than 45 minutes. He removed the 4" of nasty water and dried the entire 2600sqft space in 2 days. He turned what would have been a $6-figure loss into a few thousand dollars repair. Thank you Lenny & ASAP Team!

Came home from work and found a roof leak in my bedroom. I mopped up the water. Roofer came out the next day and repaired the roof. I waited a month before having the floor guy out to replace 3 wood planks that had buckled. When he pulled up the wood there was mold under the flooring. I called ASAP, he came out and checked to see if there was more mold in the drywall. There was. ASAP took up all the flooring in my bedroom, killed all the mold and dried out the concrete. We had an issue with a leak in the wall and ASAP cam right out. Prompt, professional and very clean. They took care of all of the remediation from A-Z with no issues. Highly recommend them if you need remediation done. Great guys.
