If I could give a no star rating, I would! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR TIME!! Car wasn't even working properly, and I had to constantly keep going back and forth to them to "FIX" it. I gave them their car back 5 or 6 months after financing it and since then I've received over $500 in parking citation fees since Jan of 2022 and I don't even live in California anymore since May of 2021. I live in Texas now so can't just go up there. I've tried contacting them too and was told "I'll look into it" and then they stopped responding.

Just straight horrible customer service they promise they can fix things that they don’t even know how to fix. They sell there cars not even clean we got a car covered in water spots still and the inside was still dirty even had the previous owners glasses still in there but yet claimed they cleaned it obviously not. Let me not forget the horrible less than one star customer service if it was possible I would gave a negative five star review just for jazelle’s customer service nobody get any of these lemons👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽
Dont waste money theyre unprofessional beyond rude and the cars all have things wrong and the mechanics just pretend to fix things. Save your money!!!!!!
Services are complicated and terrible. They couldn’t even fix their own cars. Had to go somewhere else to fix it and find out what was wrong. Didn’t receive my tags either. Their employee Jazelle is beyond rude with no communication/people skills. Would never recommend.
