They are crooks. I will never take another vehicle there. Failed my vehicle because of a broken grill. Maybe they don’t know you don’t even have to have a grill on your car in WV. ASAP=Awful Shop Awful People.
Hey, guess why you couldn't "find" the old catalytic converter to give us after you charged us for a new one and labor at a hefty price!? CAUSE IT WAS STILL ON THE DAMN CAR! Surprise Surprise needed changed today and it was the original. Started getting suspicious about this place before and quit going in 2013... now I know my gut was right. Crooks.
The service was good until I got home and realized there was money stolen out of my car. I forgot I had left it in my glove box and they helped themselves! I called them and told them happened. They told me they would check the cameras. I have yet to hear back. Don't forget anything in your car!!
