I had an appointment to have tires installed today, the very nice gentleman arrived on time, but unprepared. Even though I told them exactly what vehicle I had and it was a common light truck, ford E350, they did not have the proper valve stems or wheel weights and their equipment was not able to balance my tires. I even asked them to double check when making the appointment.
