I cannot say enough nice words for ******and ASAP Services. He is incredibly knowledgeable about cars. And, he is so kind and considerate about helping as soon as he can when problems arise. I highly recommend him for anyone needing car repair!
Mr J****** response time and knowledge of the job is excellent and he is very professional.
Gerrod was amazing! He was prompt and super friendly. He walked me through the troubleshooting process and explained clearly what he was doing and what the issue was. 10/10 would most definitely recommend
Gerrod and ASAP are beyond phenomenal. It is what business and customer Service used to be and what we expected and once received. In a different time. He not only goes above and beyond, he’s a delight to have in your home and he does not stop until he finds a solution or works with you to find one if he must. You will do well to call ASAP. Arrived on time. Professional & Very friendly. Work was done so efficiently that I found more projects to be completed. I will prefer them to all my friends & neighbors from now on.
Mr. J****** was very kind and offered excellent customer service, both over the phone and in person. The price quote he provided over the phone was spot-on, and I appreciate his honesty. Unfortunately, that is where the positives ended. He had another gentleman with him who he didn’t seem to know very well. (It would have been nice to know that someone would be assisting him.) He was phenomenal ! He made sure I understood everything he was doing, the cause of my issue, how I could prevent, and the cheapest way possible for me as far as parts. I will be using him continuously moving forward as my new mechanic. I did not feel ripped off or made unaware about anything. He let me know my priorities for this car and what needed to be handled first. Thank you so much for everything.
