ASAP Roofing has left my parents without a roof since AUGUST. my parents signed a contract with this company in August 2025. The deposit check was CASHED in September and no work was ever performed. work was promised to be completed in September or October. Made appointment for an estimate. Never showed and never called to say he wasn't coming. I'd say that's the same as not showing up for a job interview.

I had 13 holes in my roof as a result of large trees dropping limbs in the ice storm. ASAP actually came out right away to give me an estimate. It took a bit to get the estimate and I had to follow up, but I know there were many, many insurance claims to deal with! After I delt with the insurance company and dropped those trees ASAP was about two weeks out. We had a few delays but when it was my turn, the crew got at it they were amazing workers!!
