I would never recommend this service to anyone. Exceptionally unqualified and unprofessional. My old equipment worked. This unit never turns on, and Michael never attempted to test or fix the unit, instead he told me I didn’t know about hvac systems. He went as far as to tell I needed to heat my basement so he left holes in the duct work.. …
Waited 8 months to write this review. Had an electrical issue late on a Saturday night. Promptly had a visit within a few hours (speed was good, even tried to help over the phone). Once he got here ( I believe his name was Michael), he spent way too long wandering around the house and trying to convince me of a problem that didn't exist. Was quoted over $8,000 for a "faulty service that was shorting out". This was for about 30ft of wire in an unfinished garage that would apparently be a 2 person job over 3 days, mind you. Michael Durgin is not professional contractor. It was so disappointing, stressful and I was so depressed. He doesn't know what he is doing I fired him for what he did to my house. He messed up my door and my roof. I ended up to hire another contractor to fix and repair for what he did to my roof and my door. Here's the picture of all the damage that he did to my house.
After calling about a plumbing problem, he was able to stop by same day esses the problem, prep it and then next day first thing in the morning he had everything ready took thirty minutes and he had my issue solved and repaired with professional quality. Will have him take care of all my plumbing needs.
Wasnt in town to help me but too time out of his time with on vacation to guide me on who to call and what to do to get my problem taken care of. Very kind! Will call here first every time a problem arises
