I'm always wary when I need to hire a repair person. You don't know who to trust, or who is looking to take you for a ride. I will only go with ASAP from now on - he went above and beyond to save me money by getting a major part for my water heater warrantied. I paid him way less than I did other plumbers I have used before. He's honorable and treats you the way he would a relative or a friend. ASAP is staying in my phone contacts.
