Chris is efficient, responsive and polite. He was patient with my ninety year old father that hovered over him the whole time and neatly fixed the problem. He arrived at the appointed time. I recommend Chris for anyone that requires excellent quality service.
Called for help for our hot water tank. Said he’d be here at 9:30, been two hours, won’t respond to a text, or answer their phone. Understand work can busy but poor communication is frustrating
Chris was prompt, professional, and friendly. He made time to replace our leaking hot water tank on a Saturday, answered our questions, and seemed to really care about how the issue was affecting us. We highly recommend ASAP Plumbing!
