I scheduled an appointment with ASAP Plumbing a week in advance. I called to check that the 5pm appointment was still going to be honored. They said that they were going to be a little late due to the current job. At 6pm I was told the same and again at 7pm. I called them back at 8pm and told them not to bother coming. I was not called to reschedule or appologized to for not honoring the appointment.
The service was excellent from the time I called, to the time the project was completed. Chuck was very informative,honest and very professional. The quality of work and cleanup was exceptional. This company was very punctual at all what they did. I would recommend this company to anyone with plumbing needs. Thank you Tim
