I went in with a plan to upgrade my gear and walk out with a camera. After Brian and Bruce took some time with me about 2hrs, they answered every silly question I had and let me do some practice shots. I walked out a very satisfied customer and very pleased and excited with my purchase. I love supporting local and small business and look forward to getting some more products from them. These guys NEVER cease to amaze me with their amazing level of service. They always come to my rescue whether it's troubleshooting malfunctioning gear, helping with questions, offering advise on equipment upgrades, servicing/cleaning gear or like today, helping me with a lens rental when I kept getting an error message online. They always go way above and beyond. Being a self-employed photographer can be tough at times, but having these awesome guys in my corner makes it a lot less stressful!!! THANKS GUYS!!!!

took in 2 vhs tapes to be transferred to a DVD on 4/22/17 - as of today (7/11/17) still not ready. they were 'farmed out' to some other place. I went in today and cancelled this order. I want my 2 old tapes back and my deposit back asap!!! this is ridiculous to take this long; the deal breaker is they never contacted me (ever!) on what was going on with the media transfer. I've called countless times and been in the store several times. no one seems to care.
