Horrible job and terrible customer service! ASAP came to add an addition to my driveway to fix a problem. They did not fix the problem and wanted me to pay more to do so. They never call back. Now the addition is cracked and sunken. I made an appointment for the owner to come look at it and he simply did not show up.
ASAP Paving does not warranty their work. They just want your money. They do not warranty their work. Customer be very cautious in dealing with this company. If their is any mistakes after the job, just suck it up because your not going to get any help after the job is completed. Read all the negative experience other people had, these are all true stories. The reason why they can make a little better deal than other company is that they cut corners such as fixing any problems after the job. Take my advice, don't do any busi... read more

Here are the facts: Complaint against contractor ASAP Paving since March '08 who left me an unfinished driveway job executed Nov.' 07, appears to have violated warranty clause of contract, appears to have failed to meet industry standards; left me with a 5month old crumbling decaying driveway with unraveling, cracks, pitted pre-pot hole areas, sinking, unleveled areas. AMAZING WORK PERFORMED! AMAZING WORK PERFORMED!!! From the time that I called the office to schedule an estimate, the estimator Josh showing up and then Jenn scheduling the work to be done everything went smoothly. The estimator Josh came out & met with my husband and I. Josh explained in great detail what work would be performed. He also reassured us that when the work as going to be performed that he would personally be on the jobsite, which he did. We are very satisfied customers and would recommend ASAP PAVING to any of ... read more
Great Job!!!! I actually had the pleasure to meet with the owner of ASAP Paving Wayne Houston to help estimate my driveway. I was concerned about the cost, but I must say I was extremely pleased with the price he gave me, and decided to get it done. Within the week I got my driveway done, and it was terrific. I absolutely love it, and I think you guys should consider getting work done by them!!!

I was concerned about the cost, but I must say I was extremely pleased with the price he gave me, and decided to get it done. Within the week I got my driveway done, and it was terrific.
