Do yourself a favor and avoid this company. I don't normally leave bad reviews but dealing with Chad has been a nightmare. I placed my order in November and still don't have all the items. They never told me the items were backordered, just waited until I asked why it was taking so long. They offer a pickup option (which I chose), yet they shipped me ONE single pen and now I'm getting daily emails for the $15 shipping. Not a chance. Won't be ordering again. I'd rather pay more and get the items on Amazon.
