Our home was under contract and the selling agent brought in Asap Mechanical Llc to do the HVAC inspection. The problem was fixed in a correct manner, but while 1 of the workers went off the plywood in the attic, he caused 2 big tears in the sheetrock, just in the ceiling above the entrance in the foyer.
