I have been a resident with ASAP Management Services since January 2022. I had my first serious issue with my ceiling last week. I immediately let ASAP know and they were on the job ASAP. They accomodated me for the time needed to repair my ceiling. I am back in my apartment living comfortable and my ceiling and new ceiling fan looks great. Thank you ASAP!!!
Greedy and exploitative. Save your money and your peace and rent from somewhere else. The rent raises are $75 to $100 and they never have any good reasons for the increases. You will have to chase them down to take care of anything . They do not maintain the buildings or the units. Do not waste your time emailing Esma won't respond to you and if you call her she sounds so exasperated that you have the NERVE to have issues despite you paying thousands of dollars to rent from them. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. RAT INFESTATION HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR MONTHS. WE KNOW WHERE THE HOLE IS AND MANAGEMENET REFUSES TO FIX IT SO I AM LIVING WITH RATS INSIDE OF MY HOME!!!! IT'S JUNE AND I STILL HAVE RATS FROM WINTER. THESE PEOPLE ARE JUST SCAMMERS OUT TO GET YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU LIVING IN UNSAFE AND UNSANITARY CONDITIONS. I would give 0 stars if I could. I had a terrible experience with getting anything fixed (such as the heat, my oven, the washing machine), constant rent hikes, ignoring emails and requests. If you have other options, take them.
