Terribly maintained apartments. Mold everywhere , rats in half the building, can never get a maintenance guy to come out even with broken pipe flooding the laundry room . Stay away
Worst management company and apartment experience I’ve ever had. Lived on north shore ave and Clark st and it was infested with roaches mice, and cockroach sized bed bugs. The front door to the building did not lock and was kicked open regularly. Management did not care. They are heartless and hope they rent to people who won’t complain. I pestered them daily for months and started a tenants union within my building and was eventually told to get out, which was perfect because that’s what I wanted. Worst landlords in history. They are an absolute joke. And so is anyone associated with these horrible people. They had one whole month to fix up my apartment before my official move in date and on move in day the place looked worse than when I first saw it. There were pests everywhere and the tub was stained with mold and looked disgusting. I was furious and demanded my first months rent back which they refused.
