I would give 0 stars if I could. I had a terrible experience with getting anything fixed (such as the heat, my oven, the washing machine), constant rent hikes, ignoring emails and requests. If you have other options, take them.
Don't make the mistake of renting any of their apartments. They have raised the lease twice since my son stayed in one of their apartments for three years. They have not done anything PERMANENT to repair the issues reported. Rodents/mice are constantly present, leaking heater/no heat during the winter months, ants, leaking toilet etc.etc. It is a horrifying experience and we had it. These apartments should be demolished instead. I would give a -10 (negative) if I could.
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. My apartment was not move in ready. My kitchen was dirty with stains - dirt and grease throughout. My toilet didn't work day one. They had me move into an apartment with a toilet that had a broken part and I needed a replacement toilet before I even had my first overnight in the apartment (despite the apartment being vacant for at least a month prior to my move-in and plenty of time to get it ready for the new tenant).
