Worst landlords in history. They are an absolute joke. And so is anyone associated with these horrible people. They had one whole month to fix up my apartment before my official move in date and on move in day the place looked worse than when I first saw it. The worst apartment management company I've ever had the displeasure of housing with. The continuous increase in rent costs while ignoring the pest problems and frequent damage to shared spaces (i.e. the main entrance door not locking, the doorknobs being removed, etc.) was just the first part of their horrible neglect. Do NOT RENT from them, especially at N Sacramento and Belle Plaine unit. The building complex has failed MULTIPLE CITY INSPECTIONS (see city Public Records for this address and other addresses in complex). The building is infested with roaches, bedbugs, and mice/rats. They do not constantly pay for exterminators monthly to fix the problem throughout the entire complex. Can Be better, I feel they just want to rent and receive monthly payments for the property and then they don't care about damages, pest control, maintenance and cleaning of the common areas ....
