Unfortunately, the smart thermostat integration and was very impressed with the professionalism and efficiency of the team. Everything was explained clearly, and the job was completed ahead of schedule.
The Cleveland Heating & Cooling system is fantastic! Their technician was professional, on time, and provided detailed explanations of everything. He swiftly and effectively fixed our air conditioner. The service was excellent and the price was reasonable. Their knowledge and honesty have really impressed me. For any future HVAC need, I will most certainly give Cleveland Heating & Cooling a call.
The condenser fan motor was making a grinding noise. Tech diagnosed bad bearings. He replaced just the motor (not the whole fan assembly), saving us significant cost. Honest about what was actually needed.
