ASAP definitely lives up to their name! Mick arrived within hours of my weekend call for help, quickly and expertly diagnosed the problem, helpfully laid out the options for repair, chased down the parts and had the work done before my houseguests even realized the AC was out. Very knowledgable and professional. They've also serviced units at several rental houses, always quick and efficient. Much appreciated!

Mick came out today to change a filter and fix my HVAC, He called ahead, was very professional, He quickly identified the problem (clogged condensate), corrected the problem (pressure blowing out the pipe) and told me how to avoid the same problem in the future. I have used ASAP for 20+ years and will continue to have them take care of my HVAC needs.

Call at 8:30a on a Sunday and he picked up; he gave me a window of 10-12a that morning and came on time. He quickly diagnosed a bad gas valve and replaced it at below market rate costs. Amazing service - way better than larger operations. He also gave me a 2 year warranty on the valve.

Talk about timing! Right after the snow came, my heater called it quits! We contacted ASAP Heating and Air Conditioning on a Sunday evening. Their name says it all... Boris came out within the hour to assess the issue. Unfortunately, our ancient unit went belly up; but without haste, they were able to install a brand new unit the next morning! Mick was polite and friendly. He removed the old unit and did the new installation in a couple of hours and had our house back to bring cozy and warm when we needed it most! Thanks ASA... read more
