After I called ASAP on a late evening, Mick arrived the next day to troubleshoot our air conditioning system, which suddenly stopped working. Mick was extremely professional and knowledgeable. After assessing the issue, he offered the pros and cons of various options available to restore my system. After I made a decision, Mick promptly repaired the air conditioner and it’s now working beautifully. ASAP has won my loyalty and trust, and Mick was a sincere pleasure to work with.
Updating from service a year ago: At 3:30 PM today, we noticed that our fan was slightly blowing warm air but really air was not being pushed through the unit. I called ASAP at 3:40 and by 4:15 Mick was out here working on the unit. By 4:45 my unit was repaired and working perfectly. Truly amazing.
Mick came in and helped replace the evaporator coil of our unit with excellent service! He completed the job effectively also leaving the area very clean as well after all the replacement work. The first time he came in for diagnostics, he explained with great details and options that later Boris provided the quotes for. We appreciate his timely support very much!
