Borris is an honest professional in times where honesty is a rare quality especially in yhe HVAC world. He came and gave a fair assessment without pushing extras. I would definitely hire ASAP HVAC again! Update: I had another issue with my second unit, and man, Boris delivered! He came out within a few hours, accommodated my schedule, and fixed the issue, which was related to the hard start kit. He even came back for a follow-up at no charge. Mick did a great job, not only once, but twice now. He was able to get to our house the next am and resolve our AC issues for a reasonable price. Super thankful to have ASAP as our go-to.

Called Friday morning when the ac blowing warm. Boris (tech) was VERY busy and already booked for entire day but squeezed us in for a service. Even for an emergency service, he didnt take advantage of the situation. Very good pricing. Highly, highly rate this business!!
