The appointment system at this hair studio is pretty inconvenient. Instead of letting you see available time slots online or booking directly, you have to wait for a staff member to call you back to let you know what’s open. Honestly, it feels pretty disorganized—I waited for two weeks and still never heard back. Not exactly a great way to manage time or customer service.
Always look forward to my appointments with Paul. Great atmosphere with a superb staff who excel in their profession.
