I have been using ASAP Gutters for several years. I started using them after a section of my gutters needed to be replaced. Now I use them for seasonal cleaning. The guys are always friendly and complete the work in a timely manner. They let me know when they’re on scene and when they are leaving.
I sent a fat check and a signed contract (also signed by Shawn Battles on behalf of ASAP) back in July to have ASAP install a copper downspout. I have called every month since and Mr. Battles tells me he is going to get the work done. It has NEVER been completed. Now I want my money back but Mr. Battles no longer takes my calls.
Same problem as Kimberly. Paid in advance for 2 gutter cleanings and some other work. Cleaning was due in May. It is now almost July and Shawn has been a no show. Previous years they came late, but never this bad. I would not recommend their services unless they become more professional.
