Got hung up on the phone simply because I did not use him previously on a job. Very unnecessarily rude and unprofessional to hang up on a potential customer.
I was most impressed by the thorough nature of the work the guys performed on my gutters and downspouts. The owner himself came out to give me an estimate and I felt better about him than the other company I had come out. They were a little higher, but were definitely worth it.
