Should have known better .... On a time-sensitive service call, received prompt service but was charged very excessively for the work performed. Warranty was agreed and not provided. No owners manual, no specificity to what was purchased. I have spoken to a legitimate garage door specialist who would have done the job for 1/3rd the price.
