Had some wiring work done some time ago that recently needed adjustment due to weather. Parts and work were Out of Warranty but Rich was going to be in the area so he stopped by and adjusted what needed to be fixed. Superb customer service and the only electrical company I use here in Venice.
Rich was sent to my apartment by my property manager and he was awesome. Great communication, professional demeanor, and got me all patched up in a timely manner, just in time for incoming guests. Can't recommend Rich and ASAP enough!
