Thankfully I selected ASAP 2 years ago, they installed all new Smoke Alarms, the Technician Eric was so Kind and knowledgeable, He deserves all the praise for his hard work and dedication , This past week my alarm went off in the middle of the night and within 12 hours Eric arrived and fixed the problem, Thank you Eric for being so kind and helpful

Had some wiring work done some time ago that recently needed adjustment due to weather. Parts and work were Out of Warranty but Rich was going to be in the area so he stopped by and adjusted what needed to be fixed. Superb customer service and the only electrical company I use here in Venice.
