Horrible customer service, no accountability, constantly misplacing our documents, making us have to repeat drug tests for employees. Generally unprofessional and unqualified.
Very poor communication.
ASAP is such a huge part of our safety program, it is easy and quick to make sure new hires are ready to go!
I wish if they are a bit faster, last drug screening took more than a hour
