I had a clogged sink and needed someone to snake the drain. I googled and came across ASAP in Swampscott. Cristina answered and what a pleasant girl to deal with. She said she could send someone out between 1-3. By the time I hung up the phone at 12:30 Otis was already at my door! Friendly, Courteous and Knowledgeable Otis not only fixed the sink in a flash he gave me a few tips on how to prevent future clogs. Thank you Otis and thank you ASAP! You truly live up to your title!!!
