They have the worst customer service ever..... and they do shady work and when u call and tell them, they promise to come fix it well they haven't... i have wires sticking out the top of my unit... they have lost all of my buisness... i need a whole new unit but we wont be going threw them... they are a bunch of clowns.. update: after I posted this they fixed the wires on the ac unit and then called my husband to ask him to have me take down this review and I said no he then threatened use with a lawyer...... so horrible hor... read more
On time, efficient, and thorough with air duct cleans. ASAP made a very good first impression. The guys cleaned up after themselves. I had no work to do after they left. I would call them again for a new A/C or furnace when the day comes to replace my existing units.
