Recently, our identical printers on two separate computers stopped working. It was absolutely maddening as both problems seemed to occur after Windows Updates. I had talked to the factory, read hours of blogs and tried everything without success. Finally, I searched for a local company and found ASAP who came out to the house. ASAP Computer Services has always taken excellent care of my computer problems, both remotely and in their shop. Prices are very reasonable and repair time in shop has always been acceptable. I won't hesitate to take my computer back to them if ever I have any problems in the future!

Did a good job on computer, but after wards I found out I could of had it done for half the money almost anywhere else. So that's why it's not five stars.

I just had a simple password problem. The boys took care of it in a couple of hours and got me out of there for thirty bucks. No problems.
