Good space and excellent instructions for young athletes.
If you can't tell by the huge grin on my face ~ ASAP is my happy place. I have trained with Nolan for over 5 years. My son (and 2 of my friends children) have taken his Kids Karate Class also. My son has been doing those classes while in-between football season since he was 4 years old. He's now 9. I couldn't have dreamed of a better sensei for my child and I. He has taught us both self defense moves (that actually work). I'm 100lbs soaking wet and have confidence that I can take down someone twice my size. The knowledge he ... read more
