My experience with ASAP Appliance this past week, was as wonderful as my first, years ago. Mike quickly and expertly diagnosed the issue with my Kitchen Aid refrigerator. He clearly explained my options and pricing. Great service, like Mike provided, is why I keep coming back as an ASAP Appliance customer.
Armia was my repair person to fix my dryer that had stopped working. He was very professional, courteous and fixed it promptly. He also gave me information on how to prevent further problems with the dryer.
Called on Monday morning about fridge repair before they opened and and Mary called me back within a couple hours and scheduled Mike to come out. Mike knew right away what the problem was. He had to order the part (a damper) and warned me it might be a couple of days. He called me first thing the next morning and said they got one overnighted and he just needs to pick it up in the morning and will come out. He came out ASAP!
