Mike came out to fix our refrigerator and honestly made the whole process way easier than I expected. He showed up on time, was super friendly, and knew exactly what he was doing. He figured out the problem pretty quickly and explained it in a way that actually made sense (which I appreciated). I contacted ASAP Appliance Service and Mike came out. He was very easy to talk to and actually took his time checking everything instead of rushing. Within about an hour, he figured out the issue with the fridge and fixed it, and he also got the dishwasher working again.
