Used them twice. First experience was a little expensive but fixed the problem and provided excellent customer service. Second time they charged me 70 dollars to unplug the machine. Plug it back up and tell me it was a cheap brand and I needed a different brand. SAME MACHINE THE COMPANY FIXED THE FIRST TIME LESS THAN 6 MONTH AGO. We had ASAP Appliance Service come help us with a problem with our refrigerator this week. They ordered the part and came back and installed it. The turnaround time was quick and they went above and beyond to make sure our fridge was functioning optimally. Mike is kind, speedy, and professional. Highly recommend them!
Called with a hot freezer and refrigerator.and they were here within 45 minutes. Mike was outstanding and fixed promptly. Always worried that it will fail. My kitchen has not been updated in 50 years, so no new frerigerator is possible. A new one will never fit.
I called asap appliances to fix my refrigerator, and they came the same day. They were very quick, professional, and resolved the issue right away. I’m very happy with their service and would definitely recommend them!
