Responsive, Nice, on time, and Trustworthy. He is incredibly skilled at fixing appliances. I think his main motivation is that he likes helping people. I've now permanently switched from Metro Appliance (who were good) to Costa Mesa Appliance Repair (who is great). Highly recommend to give Costa Mesa Appliance Repair a call first before giving any manufacture a call.
This is the most honest knowledgeable, honest. And after he looked over my fridge, he provided a no-hassle repair cost estimate. He repaired the fridge in an hour. I will certainly recommend him to friends and family.
This was by far the best experience. He came, assessed the problem, told me that he'll go and get the part immediately and showed up 4 hours later with the fix to my fridge. I will most certainly be returning to them, Thanks!
