I want to thanks Dr. Figuerola for helping me with my mindy sue when I had to let her go it was hard . Dr. Figuerola let me bring skippy in so he will know that mindy not coming home skip has never look for her when he get up in the morning like he always did .that help him a lot he is only 15 months. Dr.Figuerola and his staff were so nice to us . I was in as an emergency visit today for the first time. The doctor and his staff were so caring and respectful. The doctor did not try to do anything extra or un necessary on my pup. I was only charged the office visit. I truly appreciated his time and honesty. I will be going back. Ty doc n staff

They are so good. Dr. Figuerola is a very compassionate man with a great deal of experience. He and his assistants have been completely professional and very kind and helpful through the years. He always has time for questions or to find out answers for us. He is a practical guy with a great love for animals. We love him.

Was in this week. Dr figarola knows what he's doing but isn't ashamed of mistreating his assistant in front of customers. Its the first time I've been in and been unhappy. Usually a nice young lady is there but thw woman in was older and very abrupt. Typically I'm satisfied. But the whole office seemed unprofessional including the dr.

Dr. Fig and his office staff are the absolute best! Just 2 days ago we had to take our 12 year old boy in for a letter for Animal Control as he was very ill and putting him to sleep was the only alternative. We didn't have much money due to a recent move, so we had no other choice but to take him to Animal Control. Dr. Fig examined our Max and gave us the letter. I had called Animal Control and was told to bring him in any day between 9:30 and 4:30. This was a Monday, July 29th and when we got there, they were closed. As our... read more

I called needing shots for my dog. No problem bring her in anytime. I arrive at 9:40 and did not get the shots till after 12 noon. Other people went ahead of me but many had long wait. The individual working the desk was having a bad day and had the Brighthouse folks into assist with concerns on thie computer so that might have been some of the problems. Aftter asking for an update after 2h and 20 minutes they did get the ball rolling. Asked how I was to pay I asked for an estimate, none giving so I just waited to be called.... read more

Honorable. Everyone works so hard and for the right reasons. Terry, sometimes I don't know how you keep up. You are always kind and helpful, thx for putting up with me. Drs. There are no words. My pack loves you all, and so do I !

Dr. Figurella is great. His staff? Well, the receptionist is not a very nice person. But I love Dr. Figurella, and tolerate the receptionist. My four legged family members receive top notch care from the good vet. But don't call and expect to get to talk to him about anything. His receptionist won't let that happen for any reason. Honestly, she should be fired. That is not only my opinion, but the opinion of the volunteers who help out there.
