Had a leak in a <3yo MasterSpa Hot tub. Harold the Hot Tub guy called back in the next business day (I'd left a vmail over the weekend). Seems he's largely taken over the business. Anyway, he's responsive, which is good. Unfortunately, after spending 2 hours (at $150 an hour), most of the time gaining access, he didn't spot what I found later to be a pretty destroyed ozone hose.
