Very Terrible , beyond words to explain how such a big system fails on something so fundamental as providing treatment. My wife was developing symptoms of sore throat and congestion , we were first informed to get a covid test . 4 days pass waiting to get the test and results that was negative. We called back , we were asked do you have any of these symptoms (they go thru a list at lightning speed of the phone) , we said yes some of the symptoms and we now have a negative covid test result .
