Asante Immediate care is amazing, everyone there was super friendly and informative!! Bent over backwards for me!! Definitely will come back when needed!
I can’t give this facility and their employees enough praise. After being checked in by a lovely young woman, I barely had time to sit down before my name was called. From the medical assistant to nursing staff, to the xray Technician to the provider, all were professional, efficient and kind. I was diagnosed and treated in less than an hour. Gold star Asante!!! You have amazing employees. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
Went here and was seen for 10 minutes and they couldn’t diagnose me so they referred me back to my primary. Then I get a bill in the mail for $1200! I called them and they said my insurance didn’t cover any of it. Come to find out they started billing like the hospital instead of an urgent care with new pricing. So I totally got screwed. They wouldn’t help at all.
This was a pleasant experience. The team here was very professional and expeditious. I thought it might have a fracture on my index finger. They were able to confirm and are now making a referral to a specialist. This is exactly why Urgent Care Services exist. They serve as an in-between, not everything warrants a trip to the emergency room. If you have a cold, come here. Back in March, I went to Asante Urgent Care due to severe back pain. Fast forward to now, I received a bill for just under $600, and I noticed that they filed the visit as an ER visit. I called the urgent care billing department, and they told me to contact my health insurance. My health insurance company then informed me that Asante Urgent Care would need to refile the claim.
