Would rate less than one star. Was told i had upper respiratory illness which didnt make sense. Condition worsened. Ended up in ER with UTI bladder infection almost 2 wks later. U would think they would have tested for that since i told them i have problems with a prolapsed bladder. Now im stuck with 2 hospital bills.
Unusually deceptive billing: ask for an ESTIMATE! They bill you $$$$, for an emergency room visit, even though you're there for non-life threatening issues. They don't disclose it unless you ask, and why would you ask?! Most urgent cares bill you for a simple office visit. Insurance should stop this... Should not be allowed. Go elsewhere.

As another reviewer mentioned without using the proper word, this is an absolute racket!!! $700 for a visit that was no different than going to your primary doctors office for a simple check up, is insane. I only went here because my Doctor for 25+ years retired abruptly without notice and its taken almost a year to get in to see a new primary. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!!! DO NOT GO HERE!
