I had a procedure here, and everything went smoothly, from checking in to being discharged. Dr. Megan Frost and the rest of her medical team were friendly, professional, kind, and efficient. I would definitely use this facility again and highly recommend this medical crew.

After reading recent reviews, I have to vehemently disagree. My Mother had a rupture in her intestines which called for an Ileostomy. My mother is 87 years old and they treated her like a queen! Dr. Willis and Dr. Grieve performed the emergency surgery and had the most incredible bedside manner. The surgery was a 3 hour ordeal and they explained everything that was going to happen. I've had painful stomach/gut issues for 3+ years with no medical help. I went to see Nolan Bastendorff in desperation to try and get a diagnosis. He was one of the worst medical professionals I've ever met!! Not friendly at all and terrible uncaring attitude. I walked out. Grants Pass has subpar medical professionals. No empathy. I do not recommend. Im 72 and afraid I have crohns or colon cancer. He didn't care 😡

They refused service to a disabled veteran because my ride home, who was sitting in the waiting room, didn't have an active phone number. Disrespectful to those who served and discriminatory against the poor. Absolutely don't use this office. They lie.

Very professional, make you feel cared for and responsive to your needs. I have had two procedures here with no complaints or complications. Dr. Yang, his staff and everyone in that building are awesome.
