What's in your water?? 3/6/25 Went into Asante Family Medicine for follow to Emergency Room Visit and was given a cup of water to take oral medication, immediately after consuming the water i noticed large particles black and green in color in the bottom of the cup. I show the nurse and she wasn't sure it was but sent the doctor in to see me. When i first started seeing dr rylee stahla i needed a fmla form filled out , which she filled out incorrectly, it took her at least 3 times to fill it out correctly...on february 19th 2025 i went back to have the same form updated, and again she filled it out incorrectly, i went back 2 more times and both times again they were filled out incorrectly, by the 3rd time i left them with the receptinist because it was lunch time and she wasnt in the office, i explained to the receptinist that i couldnt go back to work until thes... read more
