Providers and staff need to work on communication and active listening skills. I was offered medication that i'm in recovery for, immediately after saying I was in recovery for them. Also, I had an appointment for something very sensitive and was disclosing this. Balanced, Professional (Recommended) Dr. Pandey has been outstanding. As a new patient, I came in with a complex set of issues, including a persistent sinus infection that had not responded to multiple treatments. This place is a disappointment. I was referred to them through a client and I think it’s not much different than La Clinica. Do not care about their people. My blood pressure meds aren’t working. I am moving this weekend and these people can’t get me in to see a Dr. I wouldn’t give them a star at all. For leaving me in distress.
Asante is where I go for all my treatment and medical needs. My primary care physician is there she is a fantastic care provider do not know what I would do without her. All of the Asante Physician s are top notch and I would not go anywhere else for any medical help or needs.
