This letter is regarding my first office visit with Dr. Merbler I was seen my Dr. Peter Adesman for a very overdue colonoscopy. During my initial office visit with Dr. Adesman I reported that I had a growth on the inside of my anus and wanted him to palpate this. I was supposed to receive a follow up visit for going to the Asante Emergency room from this clinic. I was told from the emergency room and from Marisol when I called to schedule an appointment. Marisol called me back an hour later, after scheduling me an appointment, and told me that her supervisor denied my appointment because I wasn't an established patient. I was told the wrong information. Horrible people.
