Asanda is uh-mazing. I see her regularly (after having seen another person for 20 years who moved away). I never thought I’d find a massage therapist that is so amazing in both massage AND cranio sacral techniques …she helps keep my headaches at bay. If you are looking for a competent professional who knows what they are doing- highly recommended!
Have been coming here for about a year now. Asanda is excellent at finding all the tight spots. I sleep so well after each treatment. She has an excellent knowledge of anatomy as well and has taken extra time to help me with my posture to reduce tension on my shoulders and neck. Highly recommend!
I have been doing lymphatic drainage and I am so impressed by how much better it feels. She’s so concentrated on what our body is presenting beyond the surface and can make a very positive impact already in the first session. I strongly recommend it!
I‘ve done a few hypnotherapy sessions with Asanda and she has a very relaxing voice and tone. She has an amazing ability to get me to go into a deep state of trance. I’ve had excellent results with her and I highly recommend her to anyone looking to make positive changes in their lives.
Asanda gave a great deep tissue massage and helped my back a lot. She was able to tailor the massage to problem areas I told her about, and then she identified and worked on areas needing more attention as she found them during the massage. Highly recommended
