I never thought I’d find a massage therapist that is so amazing in both massage AND cranio sacral techniques …she helps keep my headaches at bay. Have been coming here for about a year now. Asanda is excellent at finding all the tight spots. I sleep so well after each treatment. She has an excellent knowledge of anatomy as well and has taken extra time to help me with my posture to reduce tension on my shoulders and neck. Highly recommend!
I have been doing lymphatic drainage and I am so impressed by how much better it feels. She’s so concentrated on what our body is presenting beyond the surface and can make a very positive impact already in the first session. I strongly recommend it!
