I purchased a package of 6 facials fpr $499 in October and the spa closed unexpectedly in November, supposedly for "renovations". I only found this out was because my aesthetician contacted me directly on her own. I called immediately and was told that they expected to reopen in December, but have called/emailed several times since with absolutely ZERO response. What a complete ripoff. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau of New York and can only hope to get some resolution soon.

I would absolutely recommend Asanda Spa. I've loved Aveda products and salons for years, and didn't know they had a full-service spa. Today was my first visit, and I already have my next appointment made. Everything was beautiful, efficient, clean, relaxing and they were also very flexible when I had to reschedule my appointment for 2 hours later. My specialist was so patient with me, fully understood what I was looking for and was to talented! Don't think twice about booking here.
I have been going to Deanna for my haircuts for a while now. She is always on time and listens to my hair woes. Her suggestions have always been great...and her head massage is the BEST. I have never had a hair stylist be so attentive. I also love the mellow vibe of the salon. Deanna takes care of me from start to finish. You do not have multiple people to deal with.
Nice aroma touch added to different facials, very relaxing. They also sell their products
