Horrible people. Horrible company.
Do NOT choose Asana for your loved ones hospice provider. These people do the bare minimum. They will make your life way more stressful rather than caring for your loved one.
It has been over a year since we chose Asana for my husband. In the five days they helped us I can’t imagine them being able to do any better. The caring way our family was treated was amazing. Everything to make him comfortable was done before we even knew it was needed. Shortly after the ambulance got to our house Cynthia was there to bathe him and be sure he was fresh and comfortable. They wasn't there but a hour a day even after giving my mother 24 hours to live plus it took them 2-3 hours to get here when I called...I would never recommend this company
I went to a family friend's home and there was NO representative from this company. The company staff showed up after my friend passed away. The staff should of been present before my friend died. The staff made excuses and bad comments. They failed to have the proper paperwork done, which forced this family to have their DEAD mother left in their home for several hours, before they even showed up or getting transportation set up.
