I placed 3 separate pick up orders. We picked up the food and drive 20 mins back to work. The all the orders were wrong. The assistant manager Kim was very nasty and very unprofessional. I asked to speak with the manager above Kim and of course he was not in. I wish I could give them zero stars. 3 $20 meals wrong. Zero customer service care. I will never eat from here again. They claim the manager will be back in the office tomorrow, I bet he won’t “be there”. Shocker....
