Dr Qamar saved my father's life. I am forever grateful we found him to do a procedure other doctors said could not be performed. When previously told by several doctors that he needed both feet amputated & our hope was gone, Dr Qamar helped my daddy keep his feet and walk again, going on 7 years. Besides being a caring, compassionate and thorough examining doctor, his bedside manners are the best of any doctor I have dealt with. Most definitely we will bring our daddy back to him
