In my case, it lead to a misdiagnosed condition, one that could've been discovered earlier. If this happens to you, do not trust that Patient Partnership. They work for Novant also, and they are there to prevent the complaint from going further. I find Dr. Ahmed to be compassionate, efficient and genuinely concerned about my health. He takes time to explain my health and helps me develop a plan for improvements. He is quick to respond to test results with added clarity.The receptionist and staff are friendly and accommodating, and quick to respond to questions. I highly recommend Dr. Ahmed for your healthcare concerns.
On time, as scheduled, Dr. Asad carefully addressed all my concerns and gave me helpful advice.
