Great place to work and great customer service
After using Tiremaster for 5 years I am cancelling today and switching to Tekmetric. Logging a call to cancel got me a call back within ten minutes, typical turnaround time for a support call is 24-48 hours (seems backwards). After cancelling they informed me I have to pay for two more months of this software even though it isn't being used because "it says in fine print on section 18.3" of the 13 page document I signed. I understand I legally have to pay but what am I getting for my money?
I use this backward system everyday and hate it. THIS SYSTEM IS NOT USER FRIENDLY. I call it TIRE DISASTER. Its made up in the late 90s you have to click on anything you do 6-9 times if you make a mistake on anything your screwed. You cant go back one stroke and fix anything you start over. The reports are done in parts.You only get part of the information. To do monthly sales tax it takes 3 reports. and you have to import one to OFFICE accell and alter it to make it right.
