RecommendedCharles James One of the most professional contractors I have experienced in a long time. We have three types of roofs- metal, membrane, and asphalt shingle. The team did each perfectly. New gutters were also installed. The team was responsive and cleaned up areas well. Highly recommend the quality of work and commitment of ASA Roofing.
ASA did not honor our contract. After another leak stained our ceiling we called the owner. He came out and said that this was a new section of our roof that was not in our contract. However, I clearly remembered showing him two stains in two rooms when he first provided the estimate and created the contract. I dug up the contract in my email right after he left and saw that both sections of our roof were mentioned. I highlighted this part of the signed contract and emailed it to him.
