I have been a tenant of ASA at 2 different buildings and only have positive things to say. My AC went out on a Sunday and they brought me a new one that same day because it was very hot outside (and inside). The Property Manager is great and very approachable. My neighbors where I live now are very nice, quiet and friendly. I am actually in this business so very picky about where I live and the cleanliness of things and have no complaints whatsoever. Dee
Everyone needs to research who they rent from. I unfortunately did not. Do your homework and read these reviews. ASA is a bad company and nothing good comes from them. I have been a tenant for almost 3 years and have decided to move out because of their lack of care. They are all about the rent money but not about fixing broken down appliances, A/C units, etc.
