I live in a building managed by ASA properties, and the experience has been nothing but frustrating. We haven't had cooking gas for months due to a gas leak in the building. ASA properties has not updated tenants about the issue, and does not answer phone calls asking for information. I am paying full rent, and an explanation of what is going on is warranted. If you want a property manager that communicates with tenants, stay away from ASA.
