Great customer service, l have purchased a couple of golden rings there, and l love them. they have cleaned and fixed my jewelry that l didn’t buy there. I would recommend this jewelry store to anyone looking for affordable, beautiful, strong and genuine jewelry.
Buyer beware of this place. Bought a necklace and pendent for my 5 year old daughter, within a month of using it, a small piece of the pendent broke. Went back to ASA to see what my options would be, to only be shocked at what was told to me by Prince the owners son. He tried to say he would take the old pendent back and do and even exchange for a brand new. Rude employee, spoke on the phone talking over our conversation with someone. I asked a simple question that was answered with “didn’t I just tell you?” In a rude tone. I won’t be coming here again. Stay away
