I have a six month old Jensen tv that was installed in my new rv that comes with a 1 year so called warranty. The sound is cutting out. I called for the so called warranty and was told in order to use the warranty I have to bring it to a dealer. For a $100 tv I have to bring my rv 2 hours away? Just send me a new one and I return the broken one pretty simple right? But the more difficult they can make this for you the less money they lay out for warranties. Don’t buy anything Jensen.
I bought a new RV, they do not provide support for their In-command pro product. Only dealer support. What they claim to be technicians have very little electrical, mechanical or programming knowledge. Its cold in here. No heat. Buyer beware.
