I'm not going to argue this. The amount of extra costs was incurred at my company because of the additional cost of working nights. We kept right on schedule. Your demolition crew were the ones who didn't keep to the timeline. They also showed up without tools and used our lift. We let them borrow our tools in order for them to perform their job.This is not acceptable.
